Clothed in brillant color Luke 12

My neighbors have these gorgeous tulips planted in their front yard, and the other day as I was walking home from work I thought of Luke 12:27-28.

“Consider the lilies, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin, yet I tell you, even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass, which is alive in the field today, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, how much more will he clothe you, O you of little faith!”

When I saw these stunning, bright yellow, red, and pink tulips I couldn’t help but stop and marvel at their beauty. These flowers were magnificently clothed by God. It was as though God handpicked each flower’s color.

God cares for His creation – all of it. He cares for the flowers enough to clothe them in brilliant color. But do you know that He cares for you more? God desires only good for you. If you allow Him, He will clothe you in complete joy and peace.
